Let me introduce myself…My name is George Hook and I’ve been in the world of fitness just about all my life. I’ve worked with hundreds of people the past 15+ years to achieve their fitness goals. I’m a Professional Classic Physique Competitor. I’ve won or placed in numerous ALL NATURAL COMPETITIONS throughout the Northeast. Like many people I too have gotten myself out of shape when life takes over. And, a handful of times worked myself back into shape through strict dieting, determination and sheer willpower. It’s a journey to get back into shape… there are no quick fixes.

Michelle Newhouse-Hernandez, Personal Trainer

Michelle has always been active, whether it’s cross training running on trails, strength training with weights or bodybuilding. Currently, Michelle’s passion and focus is on bodybuilding and strength training. She is a member of the Organization of Competitive Bodies and has competed in several events where judging is based on physique, confidence, and stage presence. Michelle has competed in both Bikini and Wellness Divisions.
She also participates with the Burnt Hills Rowing Association crew team as a Master Rower. Michelle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a Minor in Psychology from SUNY Albany.

Having been in the fitness field for 7+ years and being a father of two kids he is here to help share all the knowledge he has gathered to help you overcome any obstacles on your fitness journey.
